The power to change is very difficult some may say it's easy to change and that's not always true. Because most people are creatures of habits. Once you make something a habit it will be hard to get rid of it. An example may be smoking cigarettes, cigarettes may be hard to stop smoking because of your mind referring your body to smoke them to help you cope with things that happen in your life or maybe you just smoke them just because you can't stop. Change is very harsh because your not only stopping behavior you are use to doing but your transitioning to something new. The erg is what most people can't get over your mind talks to your body and makes it seems like it's cool to go back on your word and relapse on your uncontrolled habit, 3 ways to stop this from happening is 1. Exercising will leave you tired and help you relief stress. 2. Meditation. Meditation will release you from the burden of wanting to assist your mind, body, and soul on negative habits and energy. 3. Support circle. Your support circle should be filled with none smokers and ex smokers to insist your confidents on not smoking and remind you that others can stop or won't start the habits of smoking.
